Looks great, Doug! Only thing I'd have preferred is a flat entry between the field and weight room. That way you don't have to walk up or down stairs after a leg workout where you take the muscles to the "breaking' point.

@CountryTasha86 Sometimes you need that break.. I always right down my workout working sets and I see a pattern in myself of every 3 months needing a week or two break for me to progress further.
