@Those are superf@icial veins (like cephalic or basilic branches) showing clearly through thin skin on your shoulder/chest. Super common if you're lean, fair-skinned, dehydrated, just worked out, or have good vascularity/genetics. "Sudden" often from fat loss or pump. Nothing wild—normal anatomy, not edited. If swelling/pain, doc check, else flex on 'em 💪
