What if this is not just about survival… What if this is about transformation? When everything comfortable is shaken, you are forced to see clearly: •What you trust •What you value •What truly matters Romans 5:3-4 (KJV) “And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope:” This pressure is producing something in you. If you allow it, it will deepen your trust, strengthen your faith, and anchor you in something unshakable. LIFT YOUR EYES—YOU ARE NOT ALONE You are not abandoned. You are not forgotten. You are not without help. Psalm 121:1-2 (KJV) “I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.” Your help has never come from systems. It has always come from God. A FINAL CALL TO YOUR HEART Take a moment and reflect: •How many times did God bring you through before? •How many times did things work out when they shouldn’t have? •How many times were you sustained when you had nothing left? This moment is no different. Do not let temporary shaking steal your eternal peace. Stand firm. Fix your mind on God. Walk in love. Reflect His Spirit. Because even now—especially now— you are called to be light in a world that feels like it’s going dark.

It’s an important topic that needs to be unpacked and a new system needs to be put in place to correctly reflect the current Canadian economic and skill needs. More of us in the space should talk about the need for this reform sooner rather than later. I wasn’t entirely pro country cap initially but it’s becoming a consistent and big enough trend that specific countries dominate some of the programs so perhaps a country cap should also be considered as a part of that system. I’d like to see ATIP data results along with the year in review express entry reports to get a better understanding of the applicant skill and nationality distribution - that would help inform how the system should be adjusted

I left Ife on Friday, packed my bag for the weekend. I got to his place in the afternoon, he was so happy, he even cooked for me 🤭 Anyways, after eating, he got on his knees and started begging me, nothing wey this boy no talk, he promised me heaven and earth 🤣

@I was always told that the Bible is mythological flesh on a fragile historical skeleton. It is both a witness of God and a testimony of the fragility of man's nature. People talk literally about the Garden of Eden and on and on. But there is a line of Scripture in the book of Kings which says if you want actual history go to a history book. The creation story is merely a metaphorical description of waking consciousness, with a tip of the hat to Max Planck's statement about consciousness preceding matter. All of the rest is a spiritual lesson, whether it aligns with actual history or not is secondary. If you would read the Bible and learn its spiritual lesson you could save yourself a lot of grief. I am using the "accusatorial you" out of habit, but I really mean all of us together.
