With respect, the gravity of this issue demands your priority action. 📢 THE CATASTROPHIC FAILURE OF SPARSH: - Flawed Data Migration: The Defence Accounts Department (DAD) transferred data using outdated legacy Pension Payment Orders (PPOs) from 1976–2016, ignoring 2017 ePPOs issued post-7th CPC.
