@tamagooo0111 Energy Dispersive "X"ray "S"pectroscopy の略だから、両者を別物だと思ってる人は意味を理解してないと考えていいね。 経験上、電子線だとか X 線だとかの違いを理解できない人が区別したがる傾向にあるよ
