@Maybe. But current IQ test are flawed in one way or the other. He doesn't account for general intelligence and narrow ntelligence.
I've been in the forces for 10 years now, and I've seen plenty of people come and go. I've seen plenty of people who are extremely good at narrow intelligence, but utterly useless when it comes to general intelligence. and vice versa.
