Can anyone think of a game where the twist is YOU are the final boss? Only one that comes to mind for me is Shadow of the Colossus. (Though the bad ending to Resident Evil 9 totally missed an opportunity there)

30. Final Fantasy III Finally played through all the NES FF games. Very high fantasy focused which was awesome. Near the end of the game it jumped in difficulty like crazy. The story is simple compared to FF2 and even 1 but it's cute. The whole game is just cute.

@Apricot064 Depends on the genre lol Rpg there is lunar 1 & 2 (ps4 , switch , xbox) Point n click there is 8 bit adventure anthology (ps4 , switch , xbox) And gemfire (nes , genesis , snes) can be played on any emulator or even off of one of those sites you can play games in browsers

@Strittposter Oh I don't find it that fun either. Zelda II is a lot better even though some of the overworld shit needs a guide. I like a decent amount of NES games, but I'm not super crazy about anything besides Mega Man 1-6.
