@LeDindonFiscal Je suis contractuel en CDI...le meilleur des 2 mondes 😅 En vrai pour leur retraite il faut doser car c'est hors prime (et les primes c'est au moins 25% du salaire)...mais oui, ils sont souven avantagés, sauf dans la fonction publique hospitalière ou certains métier educ Nat.
