@Oh, you have my@compassion: knowing too much must cause a lot of suffering! I, on the other hand, do not know that much but I heard a few times from the shoe-shine boy (and also tuning the EUV litho model for some OPC software) that LDCU and LER are extremely important for yield on 16A and on A16 🤣and the if you have only ~20 photons hitting the region the shot noise can... eh... 1000W is better than 600W for the photon count at the same throughput. 'nuff said
