Just look at this part of a book by @surajitdasgupta on why the Supreme Court of India order prohibiting Michel Danino & his team from all publicly funded educational roles appears draconian. His textbook chapter titled “Corruption in Judiciary” was already alarming — but the factually disturbing. Raises a serious question: Should writing about corruption in the judiciary lead to such sweeping restrictions on an academic? ⚖️📚
