I finally understand how ppl with ana manage to eat only 800 cal/day. Recovering from the dumb idea to do a prolonged fast, I ended up eating keto-style and I'm now stuck in a phase where I'm only eating less than 1k cal/day. I know my body needs more nutrients. I feel weak.

I don’t know why they aren’t more vocal. @pcmanet lobby constantly blames Pharma for drug costs. But the PBM is the one extorting rebates and fees. Pharma plays the game because they need market share. A quarter of Pharma rebates go to PBMs. Same PBMs owned by CVSHealth, UnitedHealth, and Cigna. Because of rebates a $274 drug becomes a $608 drug for the consumer. Be glad PBMs don’t exist in home electronics because your flat television would still be $6,000. Be glad PBMs don’t exist in cell phones because your iPhone would be $3,000. Be glad PBMs don’t exist in gas stations because your gas would be $15/gallon and the PBM would tell you if it wasn’t for their negotiating power you’d pay $42.
