@awyer who shall remain Patrick Jaicomo, I asked him to explain why my Native American ancestors didn't have birthright citizenship, and it took an act of Congress to give Native Americans birthright citizenship, but the child of an illegal alien has it.
His wrong answer was United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898), which I pointed out to him at the time cited, with approval, Elk v. Wilkins, 112 U.S. 94 (1884).
