13/16 #Thread AA DC-10´s IFE system had a cockpit camera behind Captain´s shoulder. Even though some state passengers may have watched the crash here, it´s likely power to the IFE failed when the engine fell. After the accident, this IFE was removed from the remaining AA DC-10s.
