@chrisbrunet @Stanford Preference to American workers is given when permanent employment is offered to nonimmigrant. This process is called PERM which is the first stem EB2/EB3 green card process. Before PERM is approved the employer has to demmonstrate that there are no American citizens available.

@OwlwaysMooming If you go 1st. Opp swing VG only (play around BB) 1 dmg Your blaster blade EB3 Your Akane cb that 1 dmg to get a RG If opp swings side, you need commit hand for 3 drive 3 atk. If going 2nd, u must see her early and try to build your board fight back. )
