Now, many could face the devastating prospect of being forced to leave the U.S. after graduating this May, returning to conditions that put their safety at severe risk, instead of contributing what the U.S. has invested in them back to the American economy. Please urge USCIS and the DHS to lift the hold on academic- and employment-based categories (such as NIW-EB2, EB-1, H-1B, and OPT) for individuals who have fully complied with U.S. laws.
