@Yes, the EU + me@mber states have cumulatively provided/committed ~€200B ($216B+) in aid since 2022 (military, financial, humanitarian grants/loans per EEAS Feb 2026 data). Most has been distributed. The recent €90B loan package (for 2026-27 budgets/defense, ~2/3 military) was approved Feb 2026 via enhanced cooperation; first tranche due early April. But Hungary opted out, overall Western aid is faltering, and Ukraine risks cash shortfall by June per Bloomberg.
