Willy B officially on the roster! And glad to see Connor Phillips make the team. He was the #Reds best reliever at the end of last season. He’s gotta be more consistent with his control but he really increases the ceiling of the bullpen.

It won’t last forever, Francona said. They’ll keep all the guys stretched out. It’s a way to balance winning — those are some of the Reds best pitchers — with the fact that those are young guys without a ton of innings under their belts. Also, Phillips and Benson have made the team.

@Nati_Sports @TLTheDude As the #Reds have found out, you can NEVER have enough SP b/c at least 1-2 of them are going to be on the IL at any given point of the season. Think the #Reds explore one of the available FAs out there if this is LONG term (1-2+ months or longer)?
