@ViCustomerCare I received a CB right now .Not a Single Person is Vodafone is ready to accept mistake. On #Vi App when i applied for migration from postpaid to prepaid , it took my request successfully and i even paid. Next day Vi Executive cancelled my request.

#Vodafone #Idea #VI If do not get any sort of compensation or token of apology ,then i will file case in consumer court 😡😡😡. Such incompetent customer support escalation desk you have .No empathy shown towards new customer.

@TelecomTalk Not like #vi, we need a better network with reasonable Data. Nowadays airtel is also becoming worse. My location indoor coverage no coverage.. other places are ok. But #vi, no one is ready to put Good money into bad.

[3:05PM] #VI #TrafficUpdate Descending from Mcwen bridge inward Bonny camp roundabout has an appreciable vehicular movement. Traffic Inward and outward Ahmadu Bello way is on the high side but moving slowly as a result of an ongoing event at Onikan coupled with closing hour at intersections point. Ahmadu Bello by IMB inward and outward Coastal road is a moving traffic coupled with closing hour rush. Traffic inward Eko Hotel roundabout is moving slowly steady but traffic light delay at alternating point same as the return journey. Vehicular movement from Bonny camp under bridge enroute Kofo Abayomi is moving while inward Oniru Kilimajaro is a moving traffic. Descending from Akin Adeshola bridge enroute Law School down to Civic center is busy but moving with high influx coupled with alternating point at intersection. Civic Centre Inward BJ1004 to School corner inward Sandfield is very much appreciable. Sandfield enroute Lekki is encouraging while traffic is building up approaching Lekki intersection. The return from Lekki Phase 1 to Sandfiled is moving well while traffic building up approaching Sandfield bus stop as a result of bus stop activities and closing hour rush. Sandfield enroute School corner down to BJ traffic is building up. Bj 1004 to Civic Center inward Ramp bridge is on the high side as a result of closing hour rush coupled with extended traffic from Falomo. Civic center inward Law school, Akin Adeshola, Kilimanjaro connecting Kofo, Bonny down to Mcwen bridge is very much on the high side with a slow movement as a result of extended backlog from Onikan due to an event ongoing at that corridor coupled closing hour rush. There are slight traffic delays at alternation points at this moment.
