I would like to highlight a very disappointing experience I had with your service.
The driver was in constant touch with me since morning and had clearly confirmed that he would wait at NJP station, considering my train was running late. However, upon my letely stopped responding, despite the fact that the car was still reportedly waiting at the station. This lack of coordination and communication caused significant inconvenience and distress as I was traveling with my aged mother and mother in law.
What was even more concerning was my interaction with your customer care executives, Vinit and Gyanesh. As a “Gold” member and a regular MMT customer, I expected a certain level of empathy and professionalism. Unfortunately, both representatives were insensitive and dismissive, making me feel uncomfortable and unheard. They seemed unwilling to understand or acknowledge the situation from the very beginning.
As a customer-facing team, it is essential to listen with concern and handle such situations with accountability, something that was clearly lacking in this case.
Given the circumstances, I request you to kindly review this matter and process my refund at the earliest. This would be the least expected resolution for a loyal customer.
