@Jordan_W_Taylor If it's built right, and not as a government boondoggle with unlimited budget (or by GE), then every part can be replaced at reasonable cost. You'll mature brand new technologies before you need to replace it.

Some small reactor developers, including GE Hitachi, Westinghouse and Aalo Atomics are choosing LEU+ fuel, as opposed to HALEU fuel, because it will take a long time to develop a sufficient HALEU fuel supply chain. Article link in reply. LEU+ fuel has uranium enrichment levels LEU fuel has enrichment levels up to 20%. Urenco USA received an NRC license to produce LEU+ fuel at its large-scale uranium enrichment facility. No such supply chain exists for HALEU fuel, and will take years to develop one. GE Hitachi, Westinghouse and Aalo Atomics don't believe that a HALEU fuel supply chain will exist when they want to start deploying their reactors. The companies may switch to HALEU after the supply chain is built.
