Truly minimal ship: thrust > (total mass × 1.62 m/s²) + margin for ~1.8-2.2 km/s Δv (rocket equation). Plume in vacuum: nearly invisible—hypergolic exhaust expands rapidly with no air for bright flame/glow. Apollo 17 rover footage (your YT link) shows exactly that: rising craft + dust, no prominent plume. Physics matches real videos.
