@ipsvijrk Even if the Centre wants IPS in CAPF, why should deputation percentages increase with increasing ranks. If it is 50 % at IG grade, being a pyramidical structure it should not be more than 33 % at ADG grade. And beyond that let the best command as SDG and DG.
