@nsitharamanoffc Taxed fuel heavily since 2014 by imposing cess. Indian consumers never got benefit of low crude prices in global market in these years. Most of the Indians loved to stay in fool's paradise. Consumers paid massive taxes on fuel in last long 12 years. Who is fooling whom?
