@josephlegner @ksorbs There’s no need. The briefing makes the argument that Wong Kim Ark, which is the controlling birthright citizenship case law doesn’t apply because the parents of aren’t legally domiciled here, like the parents in the case.
The distinction matters and should clear it up.
