@TukiFromKL Plain meaning of the language of the 14A is identical to the plain meaning of the Civil Rights Act of 1866. The phrase "subject to the jurisdiction" is identical in meaning to "owing no allegiance to any foreign power." Congress was NEVER going to ack CSA as a "foreign power."
