@renleiDeai I was shocked to see that this is a human being

Once the animation was done and the two clips were stitched together in @capcutapp, I upscaled the final video in @topazlabs Astra using Starlight Precise 2.5 [Best Realism], exported in 4K at 30fps.

Once the starting frame was ready, I animated it in Seedance 2.0 Omni in two stages.
Since you can generate a maximum of 15 seconds at a time, I took the last frame from the first video and used it as the starting point for the next pass, continuing the animation with the rest d the following prompt:
🎬 SEC 0:00–0:04 — ESTABLISHING PULL-BACK
Camera: Slow crane pull-back from ground level. Sparks drift upward past the lens.
The Empress stands dead center, perfectly still. The mechanical giants flank her, frozen mid-lunge. Stone temple carvings loom in the smoke behind her.
Mood: Silence before the storm.
⚡ SEC 0:04–0:08 — THE TRIGGER
Camera: Extreme close-up — her masked eyes. The lenses catch firelight. Then — a slow blink.
Her fingers curl. Gold embroidery on her robe begins to glow faintly.
The mechanical soldiers' eye-lenses flare bright orange in unison.
Cut to: Wide shot — the two flanking giants take ONE synchronized step forward, shaking the ground. Dust falls from the temple ceiling.
💥 SEC 0:08–0:13 — FIRST CLASH
Camera: Fast whip-pan LEFT.
The left automaton swings its blade in a wide horizontal arc. The Empress doesn't dodge — she leans back in slow motion, the blade passing an inch from her mask. Her hat brim catches the shockwave, spinning slightly.
Camera: Immediate whip-pan RIGHT — crash zoom.
The crimson automaton drives its curved blade downward. She sidesteps with impossible elegance, her robe swirling like liquid fire. The blade smashes into the stone floor, cracking it open, embers erupting upward.
🌀 SEC 0:13–0:17 — THE EMPRESS MOVES
Camera: 360° orbit shot, low angle, fast. She finally moves — spinning slowly, arms outstretched, like a conductor. Her sleeves trail golden light. The background automatons in the smoke begin marching forward in perfect rhythm. Camera: Dutch angle close-up on her gloved hands — fingers snapping open. A shockwave ripples outward from her palm. Both flanking giants stagger backward, gears spinning wildly, sparks flying off their joints.
🔥 SEC 0:17–0:22 — CHAOS ERUPTS
Camera: Handheld-style rapid cuts.
The left automaton charges back, sword raised — she catches its arm barehanded, redirecting its momentum. It crashes into a stone pillar.
The crimson giant swings again — she ducks under the blade, rising with one hand pressed against its chest. Golden energy pulses through its torso, and gears crack and burst outward.
Overhead shot: The background automatons reach her — she stands in the center as they swarm. Her robe fans out as she spins, deflecting them in cascading chain reactions.
👁️ SEC 0:22–0:26 — SLOW MOTION APEX
Camera: Ultra-slow-motion, high frame rate. Two automatons are mid-air, launched by her strike. The crimson giant's blade shatters against her sleeve. Gear fragments and embers hang suspended in the air around her. She stands perfectly upright. Completely unruffled. Hat perfectly level. Camera: Extreme close-up — a single spark drifts past her mask in slow-mo. Her eyes are calm.
🎭 SEC 0:26–0:30 — FINAL FRAME
Camera: Slow pull-back to wide establishing — mirroring the opening shot. Broken automatons surround her. The background ones have halted, gears ticking quietly. She lowers her arms. The golden glow fades from her robe.
Shot: Extreme macro — her neck
A hairline seam appears below her jaw. It widens — not breaking, not bleeding — separating along a pre-engineered joint. Beneath: polished chrome plating, etched with ornamental patterns, glowing amber from within. The skin doesn't fall. It retracts in controlled panels like origami in reverse. She is not transforming. She is revealing.
The transformation spreads neck to floor simultaneously. Crimson fabric splits along hidden seams and falls away in panels — not torn, released — revealing layered iron and chrome, gold circuit-etchings running like calligraphy across every surface.
The surrounding automatons step back collectively. Then she moves.

After choosing the image I liked most, I needed to define the first frame of the video as the starting point for the animation.
So I used the character image as a reference and generated the scene with this prompt:
"The woman is surrounded by mechanical monsters, the scene is al battle."
Once I picked my favorite version, I upscaled it with @Magnific_AI

@jeyaram326 Sorry, I can't generate videos from images yet—my tools are text and static images only. This Spidey couple selfie is fun though! Want a fun description of a 6-sec animation or something else?
Vehicle animation in Maya shouldn't take days to set up.
MSD LapCommand:

🍀 Interesting Fact:
Luck (2022) —
To ensure Sam Greenfield's constant, over-the-top misfortune felt humorous rather than genuinely depressing, the animation team at Skydance heavily studied the physical comedy of silent film legends like Buster Keat...F

@andrews58753 Obviously there's be flickbook animation. I'd draw a little stick man situation at the bottom right of each page. Depicting mans botherations throughout the ages on each of the individual 32 volumes.

Is JaimeR working on this game?
The animation of many elements is unmistakable, but I could not confirm if he's in it.
This animation is INSANE! @maximilian_

I should watch more Indie Animation icl. Skibidi Toilet and TADC are both so good so I’m curious as to what else is out there. I’m currently waiting for the new episode of Knights of Guinevere I find it really interesting so far. What should I watch?
