As per email from Hero FinCorp, ₹1,000 compensation was approved for the CIBIL issue. But the amount actually credited to my account is ₹1. Email says ₹1,000. Bank transfer says ₹1. Please clarify @HeroFinCorpLtd . #CIBIL #CustomerRights

Dear HDFC Bank, @HDFC_Bank , @HDFCBank_Cares So after all this, the conclusion is simple: No accountability for the loss caused to the customer. Error happened. Customer suffered. And the final response is “not eligible for compensation.” Convenient. #CustomerRights #Banking
