@ICICIBank delivers my credit card to someone else which itself is a very serious security flaw. Now, I call thm and ask for a card replacement BECAUSE OF THR MISTAKE, and they chrg a replacemnt fee, even after I informed them not to! @ICICIBank_Care what a great customer srvc.
