Metastatic renal carcinoma in tail of pancreas (most common met to pancreas) > 10 yr s/p left nephrectomy & splenectomy. Clues to dx pre #EUS is obviously past hx but also hyper enhancement on CT. Strain #elastrograohy consistent as well though #NET in diff dx
