#GoodNews: Hope at last for communities in Ahoada West Local Government Area of Rivers State, following relentless advocacy by Connected Development (@Connected_dev)👏 During a routine community visit and assessment under the #EMOC project supported by@FordFoundation in Aprilpment (@Connected_dev) called the attention of the Rivers State Government to the poor state of Primary Healthcare Centers in communities in Ahoada West, particularly Awu and Odawu. A situation that forced community members to travel several miles to access care, which led to avoidable medical complications and dead in extreme cases.
